They are protesting against deduction, whereas at kiphire district even second n third installment payment has been bending over years since 2019 n twenties beneficiaries... so it's ever right to claim for reverse back the deduction money because even a single penny has not right to deduct from the poor beneficiaries n whereas the bending installment in others district's too should claimed for release of bending installment... therefore, on behalf of the beneficiaries we would like to justify n appealing youtubers to let them fight against this matters of bending installment too.... because in others district's beneficiaries were already completed built up the said house accordingly to government directives n facing liabilities of debt victims... so fight for these matters too .....we stand firmly against these matters.... thanks...

Well done VAC, how about in other districts? We nagas, has to raise voice as the dept. has not disbursed the 2nd and 3rd installment in many districts . The govt has no right to deduct and hold it as it does not belong to state govt but the central govt. so the public has to search the main culprit and file law suit as it is an insult to the whole nagas, a broad daylight robbery by the state govt. Infact, C.M RIO has to step in before the issue gets out of proportion.

Firstly ,the department, Village Council, or VDB doesn't have the authority to deduct percentages from beneficiaries. Secondly, Not all beneficiaries are legitimate, as some cases involve manipulation. Thirdly, Even genuine beneficiaries often fail to utilize the funds wisely. Lastly, In reality, many beneficiaries (both genuine and fraudulent) have already misused the funds.
