The home price is eligible for PMAY, but if car parking is included, the total amount exceeds the limit. Am I still eligible if the deed includes home + car parking + other RAC charges?

@@rahulgorai4293 I think it would be eligible for PMAY 2.0, as capet area for the houe is considered. However, it would be better if you try to have registration for parking through a different agreement.
