I wish Drag Queens did shows for seniors... I so wanted to see this show when it came to Perth, WA but i'm too old (and sober) to queue outside a nightclub in the cold and then stand in a seething, heaving crowd of semi-naked youths in a over-smoke machined, strobe-lit, oxygen-poor dance floor. I don't go out like I did 20 years ago, and meanings evolve, so what a "Butch Queen" was when I was sneaking into the gay clubs at when I was 15 and what one is now could absolutely be different. Plus regionally things change. Cause I can actually think of a few things that have changed meanings over the years.
