The first time I saw it, it shocked me but I didn't hate it. I didn't get it but I figured it wasn't for me to get. Then I was quickly won over by Trixie's personality and then it was almost like I didn't see her makeup as crazy as that sounds because it is so extreme but over time I've learned to love it.
