Dosto cheentiyon/ants ko Gurr Cheeni powder aata daalo, kam se kam 2 saal subah ya shyaam daily. Feed ants for atleast 1 or 2Years. Avoid non veg and alcohol, aur meditate daily fr 5m or 15mints. walk karo aur om ganapati ya om Shukra ya om brahaspati kaho daily
