Your videos are really helping me thank you. :) I have a query I am reading myself n using Rita Mulcahy, what I read there, DOE is the tool of Manage Quality but as you said it is the tool of Planning . Same with Statistical sampling in the book it is tool of control quality and here as you shown it is the part of planning. Please make it clear.
