It is my pleasure to introduce the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 Remastering Project, an undertaking of mine dedicated to bringing one of my all-time favorite video game soundtracks to a new life. It is my belief that this music--composed by Arata Iiyoshi, Hideki Sakamoto, Keisuke Ito, Ryoma Nakamura and Ken-ichi Saito--deserves to be listened to and enjoyed by more than just the people who play, or have played, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky. It is a truly beautiful and widely appreciated collection of music, however with a limited potential due to the confines by which it is bound: a Nintendo DS cartridge. My goal for this project is to bring each track in the game to life by means of remastering, and in some cases reorchestrating, to the best of my ability, while at the same time preserving the natural charm that lies within them.

Sorry, I've got a sad piece of news. I have to cancel the project until further notice. I don't have anyone to help with animations and backgrounds, and I won't be able to do it solo due to school, so I can't do it for now. I also lack adequate skill for so large an endeavor, and a Flash subscription will be difficult to maintain because of complete lack of funds. Once again, sorry to get your hopes up. I'm not letting it die, though. Someday in the future, I WILL make this happen.

Two weeks after the Spacial Rift event, the new evidence coming to light meant that Palkia was eventually tried and found guilty of 4 counts of Breaking and Entering and 8 counts of Kidnapping along with 484 counts of Misuse of Power. He was sentenced to [intelligible symbol] years in prison, but escaped after a week. Despite his escape, the sheriff championed the trial as a sign of the beginning of a new era in justice.

This is what's insane to me, literally just in that same day, you and your partner are talking to Lapras to see if he knew anything about Palkia. He did and that was it. I never expected Palkia to literally appear out of nowhere in YOUR home, on the same night that you were talking to Lapras about it and just steals you from your current dimension into an entirely different one. That moment genuinely shocked me and kudos to the game for doing that to me all those years ago lol.
