This is a bit of an introduction to my experience with PMDD (pre menstrual dysphoric disorder) I shall hopefully be posting more on it at a later date when i am not quite so run down.
as with any mental health issues please seek help if you need to. there are supports. if you need help in finding them leave a message after the video and i will try to help you. no one should go through something like this alone.
