doesnt matter the radar in the 737 pmdg is flaky as hell, it really doesnt always work when your sitting under precipitation...mine seems locked at a tilt of -2A which is not that different from just pointing ahead. If your flying at FL320+ you it at -4A this way it will be pointing down at the cloud base and if there is precipitation below the cloud it will show up.

That's because you may not have a compatible weather loading addon with it, such as Active Sky or REX. In order for any PMDG product weather radar to function properly you need a weather module that is compatible with PMDG first.
