This model is the PMJ Deux, Twaron T-Tex Pro is the name of the single layer material/technology. Really amazing jeans!

Being in the US, I can't come to your brick and mortar location in the UK, but your analysis helped me choose the PMJ Deux, which I purchased online. Thank your for the honest assessment of riding jeans and other gear.

Dear Tom Rokker Revolutions are 100% waterproof. Rokker chinos are pretty water resistant. Rokker Rokkertechs are not waterproof at all. Neither are the PMJs. ML

Have these been renamed to the PMJ Deux jeans? Can't find the Tex-Pro on their website. Any idea how these compare to the PMJ Legend/Caferacer?

Dear Caspar The Legend Cafe Racer is a 100% lined jean so will be much hotter and flow less air. So the single layer Tex-pro made for us will be much more comfortable in hot weather. ML

Caspar they are indeed being sold as PMJ Deux or Deus on other websites now. Exactly the same single layer jean including the belt etc. I’ve ordered a pair through Motolegends today. My first riding jeans so I hope they’re good 👍🏼

@@turbochimps shite, don’t bother with them. Mine developed a hole just through normal wear and the twat in the cap at Motolegends wouldn’t even entertain a warranty claim. Bunch of cowboys. Spend a bit more and get some Rokkers would be my recommendation now. I wish I did.

Hi guys, hope you’re well and staying safe. I’m torn between the PMJ and Rokkertech jeans, would you say the Rokker’s are worth the extra outlay or are the PMJ’s all the jean you’d realistically need for mixed road riding in the UK? Thank you.

Protection-wise, I think the PMJs are up to the job, although they are not as abrasion resistant as the Rokkers. The Rokkers, however, most people find nicer to wear and live with, and they come in a number of different fits and colourways. ML

Motolegends thank you 🙏 I ordered the PMJ’s from you last week, they arrived this afternoon and I feel I made a good choice. They feel very high quality, and are super comfortable to wear, the cut is just like my Levi 511’s. Just need to get my new bike and I can take them for a spin! You mention Twaron have 4.2s slide time, but on PMJ website it`s 8.0s source: www.pmj.it/en/twaron/

The 4.2 second slide time is for the single layer Twaron / denim combined fabric. The 8.0 seconds is the Twaron on its own when it is a second layer underneath a denim outer.

Their reply was: "The black stuff is a mesh lining and is very thin. Nothing to do with protection - just holds the armour pocket in place. When wearing you won't really know it is there."
