Quick update : whoever is watching this video listen , PMRF scholarship has been discontinued after 2023. Till now there is no official update/Information about reopening of PMRF and it's future. Wheather you will get the scholarship or not depends on your institute(a good top IIT means a better chance to get )+ your supervisor+ how well the research group performs etc etc ( a lot of internal things ).
