Pneumatic Roll Lifter Tool

Our in-house Ergonomic Partners teams of engineers and designers built this custom roll lifter tool for boxing 75-pound roils of plastic sheet material. The tool significantly streamlined the process of moving and positioning the rolls, improving safety, efficiency, productivity and saving time, reducing labor costs, operator fatigue, and strain, contributing to a healthier workforce with fewer workplace injuries. The tool features a powder-coated steel and aluminum frame, UHMW landing and alignment pads, Linatex rubber lined low profile contoured grip jaws with pneumatic grip cylinder, ergonomic soft grip zero gravity floating handlebars include grip / release controls with an interlocking common button, proportional up/down controls, E-stop, float mode, and an OLED always on high resolution display on the handle. The tool is integrated with a Gorbel Easy Arm and G-Force smart hoist.
