Nagbigay na ng tugon ang Philippine National Police sa open letter ni Vice President Sara Duterte na nag-aakusa ng political harassment laban sa hepe nitong si Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil.
Kasunod na rin ito ng pag-apela ni VP Sara sa kanyang supporters na tumulong sa pagbabantay sa seguridad ng kanyang pamilya kasunod ng pagbawi sa kanyang PNP security detail.
