Thank you for the detailed information. I submitted my OINP Foreign Worker application in August and am currently awaiting a final decision. My CELPIP test (scoring factor) is set to expire next month. For my PR application, would an expired language test still be accepted, or will I need to retake it to ensure it remains valid?

Hello E and K, Thank you for this very informative video.I am glad that finally there is a fellow Filipino who created this kind of video as I try to look for it as well.I have couple of question for you if you have a chance to read my comments,I hope you can help me with this. 1. Did you provide bank statements? and is it the amount that you declare in the IMM 0008 SCH 4 are the same amount in your bank statement? 2. Regarding proof of funds-Is it enough to put the Employment Cert, Payslip and Notice of assessment's?What is your experience on this? Thank you for your answer and more power to your channel.

@@cleverrosetv4547 hello, we did not provide a bank statement however, we submitted proof of funds - bank certificate from the principal applicant amounting to the required proof of funds for a family of 2 in express entry. This is just for extra precautions.

Yes, it’s also a scoring system. You can find the scoring factors on the oinp website. It will also depend which stream you choose to apply

Hello, yes. As long as may proof ka ng employment status better. And please make sure na yung dates nyo ay matching and walang gaps. For us kasi, nagkagap tas binalik pa so additional wait pa.

Hi ! Do we need to merge the documents for the dependent spouse or upload them separately in the format of Last Name - First Name - Document type - #? I mean for the principal applicant upload first and for the same category of document upload for your spouse seperately.

I have a question please. I don’t have a partner or child but I included my parents and siblings name in the additional family information section. Do I need to provide their documents as well? For example their passports,photographs, birth certificates etc or I only need to provide for myself, the principal applicant??

@@stevenosagie7744 hello, i did include my family in the additional family section. However, I did not include their passport, photos etc. I only include documents for the principal applicant as well as dependent (dependents that will come with me). I believe you can’t include siblings and parents in the application, only dependents (spouse and children). You can support your family application later on.

I saw that processing time for non ee pr application is 15 months. Can you apply after u get the province nominee through EE?

Hello, currently, it's 11 months. It actually depends on your file. If it's complete and straight forward it could be less. I heard stories that people applied through NON EE and got their PR in less than 1 year. To answer your question, If you get a nomination through non express entry PNP then you can't apply under EE. You musty apply as PNP NON EE. Hope this helps!

ask ko lang po pag nagkamali po sa personal history ng dependent, nasubmit n po at nabayaran, pwede po b macorrect pa yun, tinry ko n rin pong isubmit sa webform.

Usually po pag may mali pwede naman po i webform. Nagkaroon din kami ng discrepancy sa personal history kaya nag adr po kami.
