I dont see no store folder in my c drive

Does this work on Ubuntu? I tried and it loads the pnpm module but then it does not recognize it. Am I missing something?

You probably need to add npm modules path to PATH in bashrc.

it still makes that ~ 150MB .pnpm folder inside node_modules inside every new react project I do, only about ~50MB is linked to the store in my Drive. and that pisses me off. I thought pnpm would simply link the whole main node_modules folder to every new project I do. But it doesnt, and still uses a lot of space...

The files you see in that folder are all hard-linked to ones in the global store (~/.local/share/pnpm/store/v3 on Linux). So they do appear to take up extra space but they actually don't, because there's only one copy of the files on your hard drive. You can verify this by checking the free space available on your HD before installing the npm packages, and after. There should be only a very small change.

some things didn't work some time ago. Its better now. I'm using it instead of npm and yarn
