Very nice review. Mine should be arriving any day now. A couple of hours ago I saw pictures of their soon to be realeased T. rex Andrea. I really like PNSO's representation of the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex. 😊

Great review! Had Wilson for nearly 3 months now and he is the king of the collection after Doyle and Ron the Mosasaurus. Just did a review on PNSO's Pachycephalosaurus. I hope they add a scaled up Edmontosaurus to their collection as I need another hadrosaur in the collection! Glad you got the Parasaurolophus, that update has been long overdue. And thanks for mentioning PNSO including a Kronosaurus! I need a pliosaur in the collection!

@@aeonfire82 There are only 4 reviews about the model on youtube, myself included. Though the other 3 were able to get them earlier. I don't know how these lot get them - do they have some sort of deal with the companies...?😕

It's strange, isn't it? Maybe they have some inside information! But I'm always delighted when anyone gets a model they really want 😊 I always wait for ED, because I strongly support their ethos. It's difficult sometimes when I find myself having to wait several more months for certain models, but to me it's more than worth it! 😊🦖

@@aeonfire82 I've only been doing dinosaur reviews for 5 months now in lockdown while finishing my novel, I simply just didn't care where I got my models came from as it was all a byproduct of circumstance and I wanted to do as many honest reviews as I could and leave a positive memory. I'm new to the dinosaur community and bad with computers! Wish I could have started this earlier...😁!

Yeah, I suck with computers too. And the only reason I started this is because I got the W-Dragon Allosaurus, and as I was an active member of the DTF at the time I just felt like going for it. I know there are video editing apps and ways to make my videos more professional, but...I think there's a lot to be said for the warmth of them being one-take and unscripted! 😊🦖

The plastic figure to beat all figures. The scientific accuracy, artistic detail, and quality casting combine to make this the finest available. I do nit-pick the out-of-scale scales (and I wish it had lips!), but otherwise a fantastic piece.

I know, I'm the same!! 😹 But, it's just such a spectacular and different looking T. rex it's a total breath of fresh air and I feel it's going to be a very long time before another one lives up to it! 😊🦖

So happy that you’ve finally reviewed this one! I always learn so much from your reviews. Quick question regarding the head: are you disappointed that it doesn’t have lips? I was.

I was initially! I even considered the prospect of doing a minor re-sculpt to rectify that before I got the figure. However, it quickly became clear that to do so would be to add too much soft tissue that didn't follow the lines of the skull, so in this case it would be self-defeating! And then when I got the figure in hand, I realised it's so wondrous and beautiful that I'm happy to overlook the over-closure of the jaws and lack of lips 😊 I think it may be a very long time until I have a T. rex figure I like as much as this, despite these issues! 🦖
