I did turn off my email notifications. It's been one day, and I already notice a difference. I still check for anything important, but I'm not bothered all day by PayPal ads, various occasionally-useful-but-mostly-annoying subscriptions, and twitter updates. I get on in the morning after scripture study, read your email and check for anything urgent, and then go do yoga. I'm pleased.

+Sara Bangerter Amazing. Love it, Sara! Might get a lot out of unsubscribing from all newsletters that aren't awesome and turning all instant notifications off! The more we can do to stop the email onslaught from the source the better! Optimize is now free! Sign up/tell your friends! www.optimize.me

Question about eating the frog's impact on willpower. I thought in another video it said that things that need high willpower should be saved for later because they tire you out. I think it was in your video on Mini Habits or something Willpower or something, not sure. Maybe I misunderstood.

What figure of speech is "eat that frog"
@clar3316 жыл бұрын
If you think about it, no one really wants to eat a frog (aka we keep procrastinating on things we don't want to do). So what Brian Tracy suggests is that we "eat that frog" first thing first, meaning do that task that you keep on procrastinating on and get it over with early on. That's my interpretation.

Do you ever review books by women? It's seems like it's all male authors.
