This job was unfortunately shut down due to the closing of the Interfor mill in Philimath. So now the only train on this line appears to be the Toledo hauler and the Albany and Eastern train from Vinel Farm.

@@jacksonwhittier3646 damn, thanks for the update. I moved out of Oregon in 2017 or so, so I haven’t kept up with PNWR anymore. Always liked seeing the local lumber train going through town. What happened to the ex Utah Railway GP-38 that usually hauled it?

@WholesomeNebula That ex Utah GP38 is still there, it just got repainted and got a new horn, it's the one that says 25th year serving oregon on it. I think eventually the Corvallis local will return, someone might want to buy the Interfor mill in Philomath and Wren Hill Lumber is getting ready to ship by rail I think (PNWR upgraded the Wren siding) and that's too much work to put on the Toledo Hauler due to the low track speed.
