This us not S4 hana release strategy. It is classic Ecc strategy. Flexi workflow is SAP S/4 Hana PO Release strategy. Do not fool students

Bro for your kind information both the release strategy will work in S/4 Hana. It completely depends what do you want to achieve. If it applicable only in ECC it would have been disabled in S4. If you are not sure kindly don’t post anything
