19:19 this is where the dead big red prop used to be, in the original version before open to the public, cast members and pass holders were offered a chance to preview the ride, they didn't like the fake corpse and the ceo removed eventhough he liked the message. Personally I would have liked that story better.

JustAChivalrousKnight it only appeared in a test run for this attraction but was removed due to Disney getting angry letters from parents who felt the Big Red carcass was too gruesome for children even though the message was trying to educate people on poaching so it was removed and the storyline was altered to have Big Red alive but injured
