I must admit to being reluctant to returning it, but there's only so many helmets I can afford! Do you have a Poc or are you considering getting one?

@@Petemight hi Pete, well I have a Smith helmet which is a few years old now, it's a trail hat but I'm after something a little more rounded for all cycling. Some hats don't seem to cater for a head torch but it looks like this does

Love this brand. The design reminds a little bit of RoboCop/Star Ship Troopers. I wish the riding gear was a bit more accessible here in Aus.

I was too stingy to shell out for this one but I just got one and it's so light and comfortable I'm not going back to cheaper ones I guess.

Very informative. What is your head size? i have a 58cm circumference, should i get a M or L?

This is so comfortable, I can't believe I've always been underestimating the value of a helmet of this level! But would you say that it runs large? I have a feelilng (perhaps just because I had the cheapest no-MIPS) that this helmet makes me look like a mushroom. My head is 60cm, and I ran for a size L (56-62cm). There is quite enough adjustment to a smaller size and a bit less adjustment towards larger, which proves I've made correct measurements. The front edge looks way thicker of course as compared to a cheaper lid. Or is that a matter of habit, and I will get used to the look? Did you?

Did you get used to it after a year? I was wondering the same lol it looks huge. In the video it's the non-MIPS version so it fits more tight around the head. I feel like helmets look better on my mates but i have a huge head.

@@we1rd92 Yes, I'm still using it as the only helmet. After a long-term test (2 years so far) I must admit that it does look bulky for my slim face, although I fall into the middle of the L size. One more thing which is inobvious: there is an offset between the face and the loopholes where straps are attached, i.e. putting glasses over the straps, as velominati rules suggest, makes it uncomfortable: one yawn, and the glasses are misplaced.

@@VlasTrunov yeah, the strap placement is annoying. I have to wear my glasses under the straps. Currently looking at other helmets.

People are silly. You can cut the extra strap length. Also, it looks good on you so who gives a fk if you’re a beginner.
