Yes I had a recent Neokyo haul and Neokyo idk why they put clear tape on the sleeves. I get that they don't want it to fall out but it is troublesome... I had to cut some of the sleeves and dig it out.

they used to deliver them with mostly top loaders idk what changed but the packing is definitely different 🤷🏼‍♀️
