In terms of food and meals, I usually start my day with a bowl of flakes and free from lactose milk (I'm not allergic to milk, but I've heard that it is healthier. Afterwards, I go to school and at 10 o'clock I have a sandwich. I know that my sandwich contains more processed food than organic, but I was thinking about modifying it. When I arrive home I get lunch, usually soup, goulash, boiled rice or mashed potatoes with meat. I'm not into junk food. The last time I ate was two years ago. I prefer to prepare my food for every day. Between meals, I have a quick snack in which I include fruits such as oranges, bananas, and nuts. And finally, I can tell you about what I have in my fridge: there is perishable food like meat, milk and fresh produce. All the time my mom insisted that I must have a square meal at least once a day...
