Noise is uncountable ( we can't count,) it doesn't have a plural form. We can't say noises. That's why you should choose n° 2

Thank you for catching that error! I appreciate your attention to detail. BTW, there is one more mistake in the sentence that we missed. "Clear vividly" should be "clear, vivid" the adjectives "clear " and "vivid " should be separated by a comma to indicate that they are both describing the Elucidation.

The confusion with have is probably in relation to the form have got in British English. In BE it's very common to say I've got a car. The question form is then: Have you got ... And the negative haven't got.
