Hey girl 😊.Yes, I wish my original sales associate had been available on the day I was able to go back to the store but unfortunately she wasn't working that day. She was lovely and so helpful.

The same thing happened to me this year at LV. I bought and returned two speedy bags with terrible zippers. I got a refund and bought the same bag on Fashionphile. The bag was perfect with a buttery zipper and I saved $500.

I’m also starting to buy 2nd hand. I didn’t have a bad experience but the customer service + price doesn’t make sense anymore. Saving $ second hand is the way to go. Beautiful bag! I have the east west (from store).

You're so right. The customer service experience is sometimes lacking. It’s definitely a smart move to start buying preloved these days and vintage is usually better quality. Thanks for watching ❤️.

I was told not to return anymore too or they will banned me. The lock was crooked though. I ended up purchased another one like your and i think it have glazing peeling on the handle. I might have to bring it back.

My goodness 😢is there corporate or anyone higher up you can speak with about this? It just doesn’t seem right to put YOU on “a list” (the naughty list?) because of THEIR quality issue. They expect you to accept their messed up job and be happy with it while they pocket your money? What kind of business does that? I expected more from LV

I always buy online. I just can‘t deal with these arrogant SA. Who do they think they are? Perfect? Looking up and down at me, judging. And I am always in fear it could happen if I would go into a boutique and I would break out in tears this days. These looks they give you when you enter the shop. I am always friendly and have always a Hello for everyone. But it starts with the Greeting Clown at the door. Uuuuh, she is fat. How much was her hairstyle? She doesn‘t wear Designer Shoes (because my feet are horrible - splay foot, fallen arches). We might not have any clothes in her size (what if I want to shop for my thin daughter). I feel so helpless with these rude people. You are willing to spend a lot of money (more than their monthly income), in fact you pay for their income, they should treat you with respect and honesty and a smile! Normal SA at stressful grocery stores are able to be nice, why not these luxury SA?
