I've been saying it from the start of the season. All the digital nomads are condemning him, and it's been WRONG. On the last day of the pre-season he lost his only striker (Ngkunku), who really hasn't played since. He joined a club in turmoil/transition, with all the experienced, mature world-class players LEAVING, and replaced only by kids, and loads of them. Then, he has had 10 to 11 starters "injured" every single week. What would Man City do in those conditions. Arteta. This is his first season, and he has had exceptionally difficult circumstances. It's ridiculous all the fools calling for his head. Let's be a real club, suffer together, support the gaffer. He's a great human, smart coach, and the players work for him. @RoryJennings can get lost.

Chelsea "recruiters" - spend a little time, do some research and find some established experienced players(+29) on every line with winning ambitious and expiring contracts for free or a just for a small amount. Sign with just 1-2 years contracts. This could help some of these youngsters not lose their potential under such pressure and even to develop.

I was over the moon with the display and the result. Clearly, pieces are falling into place. Yet, my faith in Poch hasn't been restored by any means. The fact he's got a few things right when time is of the essence won't change all the wrong he's done. If we play the same in all the remaining matches, demolish our opponents and qualify for the Europa League, you can ask me again. Until then, I'll remain highly sceptical. Also, bear in mind that having so many injured players could actually be a blessing for us. Like this there hasn't been much Poch could do and change even if he wanted to. Cucurella has been fantastic in his new role though. Such a shame he was ignorant of these tactics for so long. Onto the next one.

As I keep saying poch stumbled upon this formation. He he kept playing Enzo in the same position which was not working. Enzo is a world class player but his strength don't suit the premier League or poch tactics at the moment. Harry kept the same formation against Arsenal we wouldn't have lost.
