This club's PR is so disgraceful, they really might think the fan base is so stupid and naive! How are we linked with Nagelsmann after he publicly rejected the job??? 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂ Let's be honest, the only reason Nagelsmann considered hearing about the project was because of Vivell and now that he is gone, why he would even consider join this 💩show of a project? Just incredible how toxic this PR really is!!! For anyone who thinks Poch will be sacked, I am telling you now, as long as Poch continues to be a "good boy" and maintain the PR narrative he will stay in the job! @@lifidema Yes, I hear you mate, but these owners came so unprepared that they haven't realized the mess they are in yet! They think EPL works the same as American Sports, which is very normal for a team (in U.S.) not winning titles and trophies and still been profitable because the fan base doesn't really care much about winning titles but they go to games for the "experience" which is bullocks and it will never work in Europe. However this model consist in try to "make up" the profit from selling young players but also by stadium revenue (which they are desperately trying to build). The major problem is not necessarily the actual model it self, is that this model doesn't fit a club like Chelsea who have history of trophies and being relevant. If they had bought Brighton or Brentford (which I think they've should have done) they would have enough time to implement their model and perhaps make a profit eventually... But you are right, if they continue down this path they will not be able to make profit if they decide to sell, which it concerns me even more if we are stuck with these clowns for a very long time... 😒🙄🤦‍♂🤡

If we are getting a new coach we need to do the following too: 1.Change transfer policy to a more productive one by signing experience and proven players who fit Manager's system.Also avoid bulk signing. 2. Get rid of some of these crap players if it's loans then to a top flight not championship sides. 3.Check the medical department and make adjustments if possible re-hire Eve Caneiro. 3.Include some legends in management or backroom staff like we had Terry, Cech , Makelele and Morris. 4. Hire staff that have worked with top clubs..Vivel was a good one but management didn't like him because his idea was more wise than theirs leading to his resignation. 5.Don't give long contracts maybe 1 year renewable to hired manager. I think this will help us

This season was always going to be a roller coaster ride per the new young team, new manager. But at the end of the season I would expect to see a style of play forming, individual players showing clear improvements per a combination of increased fitness, coaching and game mins. Do you know what hurts to think about? After the season we've had, if we hadn't dropped those 4 points to Burnley and Sheffield we'd be 6th, 1 point above united and 10 behind villa and Tottenham with 2 and 1 games in hand respectively with both still to play and at that point it wouldn't be unthinkable that we could have been eyeing up 4th and a guaranteed champions league spot 😢 the stupid mistake that cost us the Sheffield win and we weren't awful against Burnley either but their goalkeeper was on an absolute mad one, won motm made 11 saves - 8 in the box - and denied 3 clear goals. It hurts that there was such a small margin that has cost us ending the season on a high

Nagelsmann seem to just be showing that he is able to assess a large number of players for quality and being able to play as a unit together and act ruthless on it for the simple sake of success. That does not mean that with the time on hand, he will be able to transform the German team for the EUROs, but still.
