pochettino is the one with the greatest otule problem. Why... 1. No way i send Angelo Gabriel and Santos on loan after there preseason performance. 2. No way am making James a captain, he never commands,never organize, never speaks. While enzo has those traits naturally. 3. Playing 10 matches before realizing that playing players in natural position is key. 4 . Adamant in trying young stars like petrovich even when Sanchez was giving assist against us every match. 5. Up till now, we still can't shoot, no pattern of crossing, no organization during set piece. Etc

Look at how sterling was dragging penalty with palmer, yet our captain was looking like a moron not knowing what to do. Compare it with when drogba was dragging pen with lampard, immediately, Terry stepped in and caution drogba. Look at how fabregas points out to mates where to pass, notify them if pressure is coming from behind. James and chill and Gallagher just wears the band without any single duty.

Palmer is not exempt from criticism. He has become too selfish and has become G/A merchant seeking self glory. I don't care how many goals he scores he must pass the freaking ball when another player is standing next to him to do a tap-in. Gallagher and Jackson shouted at him many times during Burnley match and his response was STFU. A manager like Pep or Tuchel would roast him for his attitude.

Younes, you are absolutely right. The club culture has enabled the wrong player mentality, and Poch has allowed it to continue. Lets imagine Pep, Kloop, or Conte in this team, lots of these players will get disciplined cause they know the pedigree of the coach and their level of discipline. Arteta started coaching a set of youngsters as well, and you could see signs of what he wanted to do right from the onset. I don't see the same in with Poch. Regardless of player mentality, we don't even have one thing working for us except Palmer. That's on Poch. #POCHOUT

I just want to touch on your mentioning of Klopp....actually since Klopp started, Klopp do not micro manage the Liverpool dressing room...it was Hendo and Milner. Even when Milner is older than Hendo.....Milner was ok with being the Vice Captain because Hendo was at the club longer. Hendo and Milner were voted by the players. The discipline was enforced by Milner. Little stuff like latecoming to team meetings and trainings and all that good stuff. Only when it is too serious, like Sakho and his failed drug test....THAT would be handled by Klopp. Hendo maybe the skipper but Milner was the real general.....so much so......Milner had a room named after him - James Milner Room at the AXA Kirkby training centre.😊Klopp trusted Hendo and Milner that both of them were part of the group to plan for that same AXA Kirkby training centre. I always felt Chelsea should have given Thiago the captain armband and Reece james or Gallagher the vice captain..being an academy lad and all that..... How can a captain lead from the hospital bed....😅

Chelsea players are boys and Liverpool youngsters are not showing boyish attitudes. People are complaining Poch is constantly denying it. He is taken responsibility for these faults. To make matters worse, he is bringing in chaos with too experimentation. For instance, you need a foundation to build on such as the Aston Villa game and improve the team from there even with injury worries. Rather he will be constantly confuse them. I believe apart the ill contract issues, the reason for the frequent injury concerns is due to the fact most of them dont there is any benefit playing in Poch's team.

Chelsea get over fun nearly every game cause of Enzo and Caicedo. They are not as great as people expect. They are poor together and play poor last 26-27 games only Aston Villa game. Mudryk should in a 10 and Plamer RW and try Noni LW with his left foot (He plays similar to Willian) and NJ in FW. Sterling needs to come on his going through a bad patch so save him a little and bring him on the 60-65 min.

I think it’s clear to see that there is a struggle going on within chelsea between the board and Pochettino. He seems to have his own feelings which we heard today , but other times I think he’s being told by the board to say what they want him to say. He might be leaving at the end of the season so now he’s speaking his truth. Who knows ? I don’t think Poch is a bad manager , I think he has high standards but he needs the right kind of player to help him implement how he wants his team to look. We say individuals save him on the pitch , but what kind of good team doesn’t have good players ? I think there is a possibility that Poch can take Chelsea back to being a top 4 team but it takes time. Maybe we need to get him better players and see what he can do .

Disasi and Badiashile are good defenders. The unfortunate own goal by Disasi was due to the fact he was pushed as he was passing the ball and, consequently, the ball went to an unintended direction. One can watch that goal to see what happened. As to Badiashile, he made some errors and lost confidence. In the last match he was hesitant and nervous. Let us support them to regain their confidence. Undoutedly, they are good defenders.
