If anyone would be harpin' on paying $50 for "poor quality" would be missing the point. The way I see it you get the nostalgic/soft film/cheap dispo look without editing for that look. To me that's a lot of time saved. If we were taking this fun lil lens too seriously lol

Just got mine for my Sony! I changed the settings to “vivid” and it really adds to the “film” look. Also since stabilization dosent work anymore, videos really give that 90s shake 😂 love it.

Just wondering if the same look can be achieved by shooting at f/11 on a current lens and then slapping on a preset?

lol negative lol the quality of our lenses are too good this lens is pretty much plastic. I shoot f8-11 for all of my beauty shots to create very sharp beautiful images.. you cant focus with this lens so nothing is sharp

I will use my Z6 and the 35mm/2 AI-S with f/11 in manual modus and go out and just shoot...or the Fuji X-E1/Kamlan 21mm...even cheaper as 49 bucks
