POCKET NOTEBOOK 1 COMPLETED STARTING NOTEBOOK 2, FIELD NOTES, FLIP THROUGH, LAYOUT, NEW, NAT'L PARKS

I finally finished up my pocket notebook and starting on a new one. This time I am using a Field Notes Pocket Notebook from the National Parks Series.

@RandysWSG I also track everything on the Lose It app. I track food, calories, carbs, net carbs, sodium, sugar, protein, weight, glucose, BP.
