It is easy to try too much, work too hard, and to be overwhelmed by the scale of the tasks ahead of you.
Rather than build a To Do list which is off putting for its sheer size, instead focus on just a few things for each day.
You are better off accomplishing these two or three items and repeating the habit tomorrow.
Use your pocket notebook pages to think of just three tasks to accomplish tomorrow. Select these tasks based on how you would feel if you managed to tick them off, to complete them. Would this allow you to move forward with your projects?
