I want to look for a wild lucario, what are the odds of finding the legendary tier pokemon in the wild?

You have to use the map and it will take you to a specific patch of grass where that Pokemon will appear and from my testing it seems to be anywhere from a 1-5% encounter rate. 3 exhaust is a single encounter and over the span of 600 I encountered a total of 9 Lucario, which is a 1.5% encounter rate. If you want something done, do it yourself
