The UK uses miles to measure distance between towns and cities, as well as speed limits , I don't know what the Bahamas uses, but my mother says that gas is sold in gallons there. (Probably imperial gallons, I would imagine). Property deeds in Canada, are often done in feet and inches, because that's what they used at the time the Deeds were made.
