Thanks for the tutorial! Everything you explained worked great. The only issue I am having is with the USB mass storage mode. My PC doesn't detect my V90 when I plug it in. Any idea why this might be? for the meantime knowing how to add games in a different way would be great while I search for a solution.

Are you plugging in directly to the PC or via a hub. The mass storage mode can be a bit sensitive to that. Also, are you using a USB-C (on the device) to USB-A in the PC? As for adding games? Since the SD card is formatted with BTRFS, not default readable in Windows, but it is on Linux

There is no automatic rollback. Guidance is to use a fresh sd card for the new OS. If you need to go back to MiyooCFW 1.3.3 it’s on the triforcex GitHub. Miyoo stock firmware can be found by searching for v90 nxhope download

but lets get serious some of the v90 owner updated this new firmware but the game play of the ps1 emulator is even worse than the 1.3.3 firmware

It’s interesting to see retroarch and new firmware being developed, but i agree with you. The performance of the 2.0 beta is not as good as 1.3.3

Actually the initial performance of PS1 on 1.3.3 version ain't that good, it just got better after some tinkering on setting here and there. Maybe we can do same thing on retroarch in this newer version. For reference i have looked up on this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z4DVhampjKd0gNksi=wa_bBXBNovcuX8tq Its actually optimizing retroarch setting for ps1 on pc. I don't know if it can also be done on retroarch on miyoocfw, but it should have the same principle. Honestly i never tried install 2.0 version on my v90, i hope i can do when i got time later.

@@muhammadnuruddinhikmatiyar4345 Just installed 2.0 but kept a backup card with 1.3etc. After initial quick tests on a few systems I'm pretty disappointed. I ran the musl version first as an experiment, ps1 didn't really seem better, gba might have ran worse, cavestory had music on this version but also ran much much worse. Neo geo pocket ran extremely well compared to 1.3, but the control default mapping was all wrong. I'll be doing testing on this version he installed soon, i.e. the libc whatever version.
