I've made three of these Terri Woods flips. They are really nice. I used a Papa Murphy flyers for two and the cover of a magazine for the thrid one. I cut off the tips on the tops. I Used old cards that I've been saving for years to decorate them. Then I glued the flip shut, so that I'll have only two pockets. I'll have to make more, leave the tips and make them flips They are posted in Happy Birds FB group. Thank you so much for this tutorial. Theyre awesome and I love the creamy coffee colors !!! I love the envelope signiter. It's really sweet !!

Suggestion for problem having to stand to sew: I learned to place my toes on the floor in front of the highest part of foot pedal and use the heel of my foot to press down on the highest part when I start sewing. My toes never leave the floor and my foot doesn’t hurt so much.

Oh my, I'll take your heat temperature over ours here in southern California, USA. The temperature here is 126 degrees which in Celsius is 47!!! Today is the hottest it's been since summer started. Which just started! Lol! So I've been inside most of today and been watching your videos. You make everything look easy, even without any fancy paper cutter! I'm learning good old fashion way of cutting. Great tip, incase I forget to buy new blades for my cutting board. Thank you so much. GOD Bless. P.S. I hope you get some rain.

Fiskars makes a scissor sharpener. i use it and love it. It easy you just cut the piece in the sharpener, lol and the scissors slide over it. Only takes a couple goes and you are done. I use my poor scissors for cutting plastic bottles, and fussing cutting and cardboard and everything.. Ill go to cut a thread and they wont cut it, lol. so i pull out the sharpener and use it and they are good to go again. Also i sharpen the little v shaped blade in my cutting board with a emery board, lol. I just run it up and down on that v both sides following the angle, and it works. I saw that in a youtube someplace.

You need to try Art Glitter Glue. It too is expensive but great. I have used and do use Fabric Tac..for fabric...eyelash items but for the rest of my projects i use Art Glitter Glue...the name is deceiving because there is no glitter in the glue...so I'm not sure why it is named that but its excellent. A note should your Fabric Tac leak out ...run over before you can even get the cap back on....which i find i waste more than i use...instead of peeling off the paper seal just puncture a small to medium hole in the center and then return the cap...it really helps to stop the glue from over flowing. Just wanted to pass that on to you.
