You make it look so easy. I just tried it twice with premium vinyl and it seemed to stretch as you are weeding it. Going to have to cut and try again.

You can do it! I also mentioned in the video that if you're using Cricut brand vinyl, you're going to have a harder time with this project. It's not impossible, but you have to go REALLY slow because it will stretch/tear more easily. I tried it with Oracal after 2 tries with Cricut vinyl and it weeded A LOT easier. You've got this! :)

Every time I try to delete the background, I have to go through the image manually to delete it all. Also, I noticed when you clicked on Make It, I can see your picture but with mine, it's all black. I can't see the picture of my daughter. Do you have any idea what is going wrong? Thank you for any help, and for your tutorial.

Found a solution. If I put it on black and white colour, and saved it as SVG without background it worked for me.

Help…I’m trying to make a Spotify scan for my mom and it scanned the first time and played the song but when I tried to scan it again it shows the correct song but it plays something completely different. 😩 What am I doing wrong? I’d really appreciate anyone’s help. Thank you!

No problem! I made a custom setting at 140 pressure using the fine point blade. It worked well for this project.

I’ve tried this 3 times and I never get an image. What am I doing wrong? I’ve gone step by step! Help! I just seem to remove all the rings.

Help me please! Wth! Not sure why it only worked once I made myself a shirt anyways . I tried to make a 5 inch size and my machine wouldn’t read the cuts so it kept going in circles and my machine didn’t notify me when it was done , it never went 0-100. Just kept cutting in circles over and over. Wth can u help me explain so I need to make them bigger? Small won’t work?

It might be too small or you might have too many rings (when you make the Spiral Betty image). Trying playing with that. I had one where I had too many rings and it basically chopped it all up.

Stop pushing brands. People have the kind they like. Oracal I hate and cricut brand use often. Must get some kind of kick back from them.

Thanks for watching Amie! I actually mostly use Cricut brand (check out my other tutorials). For this project I did my first few using Cricut brand but it was a nightmare to weed because it is stickier and kept tearing on the thin lines. I had to throw them all away. My Oracal cut really well for this project. Maybe you can share the settings you are using for your Cricut cut Spiral Betty? I would like to find the magic setting to cut these nicely for this project. I have so much Cricut brand vinyl to use up! :)
