I think poco thought that *If they announced that the motherboard issue is from company , then company value may get effect , customer might had a thought in their mind that the poco might produce cheap hardware mobile in future* . So they thought about this not accepting it. But if they don't respond and don't accept mistake , then things get bad. If they accept it do something about bricked mobiles irrespective of scratches , then customers can trust the company.

If they would have accepted, then the cost of replacement for thousands of units would've been huge and they'd have to recall all the units as officially accepting the issue means entire user base will panic. On the other side, not accepting it will still hurt them as people who are buying poco phones mostly are the ones with Internet knowledge and videos like these will help them understand what wrong is happening from the brand's side. Still not a big damage for them as they'll come up with bigger offers and announcements trying to hide the bigger picture.

I would still take poco as it wasn't the issue of poco,it was issue of double decker sd 860 and nothing was in the hand of brand except facing losses. Bro if u use gpu high power in bgmi I see that when u play in 90fps most of the time cpu usage 80 to 60 % and gpu is 20 or 25 % If u use gpu at 40 to 35 the game runs at 85 above fix please 🙏 make a video in PC we can control but in mobile can't please make a video please😢😢😢
