Not to mention being able to preserve battery if you use dark themes and dark wallpapers. But some people prefer other things like 120hz display or better specs. You can't have everything so you have to choose what to get, especially for such low price.

It's about $240 in my country (somewhere in the Far East), and at that price, it is certainly compelling. Plus, having the Poco branding is a bit refreshing compared to the Redmi logo because Poco is supposedly Xiaomi's higher end brand, although right now it seems to be going down-market. I hope they don't sink the Poco brand too much. People complaining that the Poco brand is getting expensive aren't getting it. The F2 Pro is still great value for money, albeit for folks with more cash to spend.

Mrwhosetheboss too much? You can disable the ads. Xiaomi phones have had ads for a while now but they could always be disabled. And they aren't even as intrusive as some may lead you to believe.

I may buy this phone for my son who still uses my old cheap motorola phone 📱. Just got the poco f2 pro and love the screen size and quality. I think people are starting to realize that mid range phones are quite nice this past year compared to a few years ago. Most consumers need only a good looking screen, and above average main camera and a decent cpu that does well. after almost a week going to work with my poco phone . People have asked me about it since they see the camera pop on top lol . One thing I must ask , is the speaker of the x3 the same as the f2 pro ? If there is a complain from me about the poco f2 pro,is the speaker . Not the best but not the worst either but definitely not apple or samsung quality.

At the same time, they make that money back very quicly by being able to use a cheap sensor, while still selling the phone at a flag ship level due to its advanced AI. Apples Deep fusion. it took their cameras from ok, to essentially the best overall camera you can get atm. Ai is worth investing into, because you can sell cheap components at a much higher price. Everything is business. They won't do something just cause they can or it's cool. Everything a company does or says is based around revenue.

This device is amazing. recently I bought it. I never thought in a million years that I would ever leave sony. but sony is disappointing me for 10 years for laggy interface and low ram and storage. only problem is, POCO X3 got dull red colour in screen not like Sony and needs to improve sound quality. off course its hard to beat Sony in sound, colour and design. but in performance, this phone is lightning fast! even better than "iPhone"! and camera is insane! almost DSLR!

How would this compare to an LG G6? I have had the phone about 3 years. Looking to just buy a phone outright this time around. Do not want to spend any more than £250. As long as its faster than the G6 with better cameras that's all that really matters. G6 has started crashing and freezing all the time. I've just done a factory reset (all good so far) if it starts crashing and freezing again ill replace it. I heard the bootloader comes unlocked- does this mean that banking app will not work on this phone? That's a must for me. + I'm not going to start messing around with rooting and cloaking etc. too much hassle. Thanks
