​@Gflazo same speed, but for long term usage, 512gb can store more things. Regarding ram no difference in gaming even one is 8gb ram, another is 12gb ram because no mobile game demand too much on ram for now. Unless you open multiple app at the same time then 12gb ram will make difference since it can hold more background apps
