1st video I watched of Echocardiography for my own training..Just loved it❤😊😊..Being a pediatric resident .. I just learnt something awesome today.... One thing I could understand by my visualisation... Probe visual field is a wall ..and you have to look at this visual wall from the left (Anticlock direction I'm standing; Left side to marker and probe- In any view...It was trick used by me)... Revisiting the Anatomy of heart ❤❤

@@POCUS101 thank you for your reply POCUS101. I mean, what to do after finding PLAX,PLSX, 4CH,2CH,3CH. When cw,pw, which measurements give you an answer for what. Until now I couldn't find a good algorithym for that. Please.please.please

I just don’t get it: why the heck we orient probe towards right shoulder and examine the flipped image if we stand right to the patient? Wouldn't it be more convenient to see the left ventricle on the right, not on the left? I mean, we are standing to the right of the patient and the picture on the device coincides with the plane that the probe cuts off. Why do we need this confusion with the position of the probe, the picture, and what we imagine in the patient's chest?
