the TSA allows frozen stuff but it has to be frozen once you cross security. "Frozen liquid items are allowed through the checkpoint as long as they are frozen solid when presented for screening. Korean Pokemon cards are printed differently than US or Japan cards. They feel different and come in smaller packs (usually five cards.) So maybe Keith's cards are real? I recently got some Korean cards and they definitely felt different.

I've had flight attendants tell me they get away with frozen drinks... But when I was at BWI for Christmas they literally said that wasn't allowed. 😂 Which is kind of why I believe the whole "TSA is for show" thing... because every airport has different rules. Not even every airport... because the rules are different even at the same airport. Lol. I just listen to the yelling while I'm waiting in line otherwise I'd have no idea what to do since they all contradict eachother. Was especially fun the last time because the TSA agents switched while we were in line and she was saying almost the complete opposite of the previous TSA agent. 😂
