Interesting subject. It's important to understand that most introverts are not necessarily shy. Rather, they often need time alone to recharge after social interactions. This is because introverts draw their energy from solitude and quiet reflection. They may feel exhausted after spending a lot of time with others, and this alone time helps them regain their energy. In contrast, extroverts thrive on social interactions. They gain energy from being around people and find socializing to be invigorating and fulfilling. For extroverts, engaging with others is a way to recharge and feel more alive. Recognizing these differences helps us appreciate the unique ways people find balance and energy in their lives. Understanding that introverts and extroverts recharge differently allows us to be more empathetic and supportive of each other's needs. I am an introvert but love to be with people especially if talking about common interests until I need some solitude to recharge

For real. Thanks for your insight. I am an introvert and find it a real challenge when I have multiple podcast interviews in one week. It's been a challenge finding the balance in batching content to stay consistent and understanding the energy that goes into recording an interview.
