Spritualy improve krne ke liye you have to do maditation, chanting and cut of yourself from material happiness because it's goes down only. And it gives you temperary happiness. But if you want higher joy and happiness then you have became spritual and In spritual world everything goes up.that's the meaning of reflection. 🙏🏻 I know me bhi itna achhe se explain nhi kr payi but shayad thoda understandable hoga aap logo.
