Once ur shoulder comes out and dislocates it's never the same and if it continues to pop out the joint it goes inside gets bigger and bigger and it makes it even easier to pop out every time, unfortunately this is a bad injury and I all u can do it strengthen the rotator cuff and the muscles around it , there's lots of excercises u can do to warm up the shoulder and work around the injury , never do pressing exercises that make u push weight above ur head or press behind ur head and put ur shoulder in weird unnatural angles

I knew Clarkies brother and Dad, probably knew Lew but he was a kid at the time. I was mid 20's when he was 13. Lived on Patmore, Winstanley, and had friends in Doddington. Winstanley was way worse tbf, and Doddington was rougher, but Patmore had calmed down a lot since the 90's. The 90's Patmore was scary. It's all kids stabbing eachother over weed and street cred now. The OG oldschool criminals are long gone or in jail. The Clarke name was well-known on Patmore bc of his Dad. Everybody knew what the Clarke's were doing. No surprise police nicked him for weed.
