I have been in the hobby for 45 years and it is refreshing to hear these type discussions and names of those that paved the way for so many hobbyist. Spot on topics and discussion. More of these type videos need to happen from truly seasoned reefers.

This conversation is fascinating. Their are few hobbies where the founding generation is still alive, let alone active participants. In Reefing, younger reefers like myself have the the luxury and advantage of leaning from your experiences and hearing it first hand. Thank you both for helping make this hobby, what it is today for so many of us. Also, I realize Fauna Marin's target media audience isn't American's, but it's nice hearing a Fauna Marin video in English. I appreciate several of your products and love coverage of your research and demo tanks. I've often wanted to watch more of your content, but I usually have no Idea what's being discussed. Now that I know there are subtitles, I'll happily go back and watch those. Thank you

wie Geil ist das den, wenn du die Leute hörst einfach Geil ich habe 87-88 mein erstes Aquarium gehabt ich kenne die Zeit gut, die Bücher die es seiner Zeit gab hat man verschlungen, Ich habe Kupfer-Kabel geschält um mir das finanzieren zu können, mein Opa ist mit mir seiner Zeit hunderte von Kilometer gefahren weil es das Zeug kaum gab. Mein erster Filter war aus Glas mit Löcher drin wo mit Luftantrieb Wasser rein gezogen wurde mit Schwamm/Watte und oben wieder raus, leider gibt es davon keine Bilder mehr sehr schade 😉

Gute alte Zeit. Mit der Geräusch Entwicklung damals würde heute kein Becken mehr laufen- ach ja allein Steinkorallen längere Zeit zu #hältern# war schon was. Und der papierkram Chiti sammeln Amt usw
