2:20 is slightly similar to a scene in the war of Conkers Bad Fur Day with the doctor tediz.

Pretty sure this joking outtake actually inspired that scene! It makes sense from a timeline perspective, as well as the out of character voices sounding similar. The game was released on March 5th 2001, Scare at Bedtime was made in 1998; the home media started getting released the year after.
