Not sure in your specific modelo, but I think I saw a "reset" hole at the back of the device, close to the camera...

I reset it, I tried everything, but I couldn't fix everything, I returned it and got a new one, so now sometimes Google Map turns off, I don't know why, and then it works again, but when I turn it on, I have to press it again so that Google Map appears, it doesn't turn on automatically. (Vai su Impostazioni auto - Impostazioni auto Android - Rete - Condivisione hotspot - Attiva hotspot - Mostra - Nome hotspot - Utenti fino a 6) Cancella i dati di connessione Bluetooth dell'autoradio e prova a connetterla di nuovo.

Have you tried to factory reset the device and see if it fixes Bluetooth issues?
