How does system not lag/freeze frame from all that during a Breach? I have a 3080 and 5800x, but my game just doesn't like it when I do T15+ breaches. Lags me out, freezes the screen so I die and I've even been kicked back to Character Select multiple times. I gave up on Breaches with how unstable it gets.

Is there any way to path towards getting Mind over Matter or is that not recommended because of how much safety Time Freeze provides?

I would not get MoM because defensively we are so strong already. We have good ES with Grim Feast, we have good sustain with Shock Siphon, and everything is slow, time freeze, etc, so overall its very safe

it would say it's much worst, but you can always use frost wall. It's not the same though, but until then, vine arrow is just the best option

I really have no idea, but like I can't see GGG just gutted HoWA to the ground though. Attribute stackers have always been a thing in PoE, so we'll have to see

I would say at around level 80-85, but if you have all the gears, it can works from level 65. I made the switch at 65 and it was fine. You just have to work your way up a bit.
