The problem is the smart people use an throw away alternative account to steal, dupe and trade and then they trade the items among their 5 other accounts to wash them before taking the item to main account. Most logged players will see themselves on the ghost ban list, pretty much every interaction they have through the rng system will be tanked should they not receive a permanent account closure. The secondary purpose for the beta used to catch cheaters; exploits, dupes, maphackers, rmt (seller accounts). Further detection vectors will be implemented for maphackers/ahk based tools.

the funny part with this peek bug is is that something like that is already possible in poe1. if you vendor 4id threads of hope and one unid you will get one back if and only if the rolls match. this works for many unique jewels and i believe for replica dragonfang.

I wrote to support requesting a refund for the game. And I won’t return to the game until the problem is fixed and the stolen goods are returned. I advise anyone who has a problem to write to support and demand a refund. Only then will they begin to do something and perhaps return to you what they stole. It is also worth voicing the problem in as many sources as possible. GGG support does not respond and does not return anything, in fact they help scammers

Funny thing, people are running carry services for trials, getting 30+ exalts per person in the party, then when they kill the boss and getting payment using this cheating method to spawn before the boss again and invite some new people. Some might consider it good or bad it doesnt affect all that much but something that you should be aware of

@@Eskoxo Temporalis is infinitely harder to get than just doing a carry for 8 ascendency points. Also its not just 30 exalts. Its 30 x the amount of people. So getting 1+ Div per 2 minute run is way more guaranteed than getting a relic thats worth like 150 Divs and hoping you can even get to the final boss without getting hit at all.

Honestly, seeing how the exploid with Temporalis was done (video-proof) - there is no way this was the same bug that made people reroll failed corruptions. The one that got patched never crashed an instance or anything related to the servers. So that other bug is probably still out there somewhere...

If you're at an exit/entrance to an area or on a waypoint or looking at the map, you can use (insert X input based on platform) to bring up the instance manager. It allows you to create a new instance of whatever area you're in and shows certain stats like how many players are in an instance etc.

@@rb98769 To be fair we had christmas and new years coming up. Can't be mad at GGG for taking time off for the holidays, they are humans not robots lol. And this is EA, we will be getting new leagues within the EA, so we will get economy resets. While exploits getting abused sucks, these being found and fixed is what part of the EA is about. I think it's a weird thing to get upset about with the game in it's early stages of EA lol.

Most comprimised accounts are internal, using an email and a password to sign up due the real money account. Most people use the same password for everything, and that's a large source of easy target as well as brute forcing, discord scams, and direct credit card fraud. Just play the game guys

@@sirgog If you are in a party with another person and open the final boss in the Trial of Time, you can log out, switch to another character, rejoin the party, and enter the boss fight again. You can defeat the boss and collect the loot, but you won't be able to enter the room with the chest. Afterward, you can simply return to the character selection screen and repeat the process. This exploit allows you to repeatedly fight the final boss in the Trial of Sekhema, creating an infinite diving printing loop.
