If you're hitting the pastebin limit there's a workaround. when you generate the code don't convert it to pastebin in PoB but open pastebin in a browser and copy the whole PoB generated code(the omega long one) to the pastebin site. A few streamers did this on stream and it worked :D

If you're going for that build o would recommend the armour version of the build as fortify is not as strong for us anymore and use divine flesh. I had a lot of fun with the build in 3.15

Hey Navandis, some really good recomendations there. I shortlisted ice crash zerker, shield crush general’s cry zerker, and necro mage skellies. Highly recommend doing pestilent strike for clear and swapping in viper for bossing.

@IsHeHigh - you really don't need extra clear once you get your first ascendancy passive, Master Toxicist. However the damage output of PS is significantly lower, so I'd only swap them around maybe in late end-game when you already have enough damage that it doesn't matter anymore and you want to double down on clear

@@NavandisGaming personally I've found VS really lacking when things start to stack up and get dense. I really felt the difference in delirium and ultimatum where a lot of things stack really close. Maybe I'm just used to pestilent, I just couldn't find a reason to use viper unless I really needed to up the DPS for bossing.

There was some other odd build I can't remember who was showing it but it was a pyshical dmg mine build lol...i didn't even know that was a thing...it's using seismic mines and I think that skill that has red tendrils come from your char but it's with mines instead. But I am looking at others for starter builds so I might try one of these out ....I'm def going ice crash Beserker lol.

I would not reccomend starting Ele Hit. try a different Raider/PF Build first (Maybe TR), accumulate some currency and then transition. Ele Hit is probably the most expensive Build in the Game with Aura Stackers removed

So you left out seismic trapper and TR builds out because so many have already released guide on those? Some seem to think melee skellies are now better than mage skellies, what does your calculations indicate?

Simply personal preference and, as you noted, everyone and their moms are starting with TR or traps which means suggesting the same things would be useless. I also want to provide alternatives to the usual meta (items needed for meta builds are always in high demand -> higher prices) As for melee vs mage skellies - the numbers are closer by the mages will still win due to far superior clear. I am however looking into putting together a chaos melee skellies build, hopefully it works out well 😁

I'm between two builds: Lightning Strike Raider or Penance Brand Ignite Elementalist

As starters, both of those builds are REALLY clunky and awful. You need enough cast speed to get 20 activations for penance, and you need a pretty good claw and about lvl 70 for your damage for LS... I can not recommend starting with something else enough. Arma Brand probably, until you get a good amount of cast speed and levels on PB.

Not the best possible but its not that much of a problem (you can also start with Spectral Helix to help with boss damage and switch to Lightning Strike once you get a better claw, but the tree is basically the same). As for Penance Brand I was thinking about it due to the new mastery that some people on reddit were talking that it made brand builds easier to get going (it was a Cluster jewel before)

@@aandrenery it's definitely more doable than in the past because of 1 point holy conquest, but cast speed is still the massive mitigating factor. As far as LS, you're probably right that it's more doable early than PB, but I wouldn't start with it. Helix is almost certainly the play.

@@aandrenery you mean the mastery that causes your brand to constantly jump to new targets right? It is really good for hit penance brand, but not as good for ignite penance brand. For ignite you want those big stack explosions, which that notable doesn't really allow for while clearing. The other problem is that as an ignite build penance brands dps is severely capped. It'll still be a good build, but don't have the highest expectations

Whats the differencie between gc berserker shield crush VS blade flurry. Can you explain it plz

Blade Flurry will scale based on your weapon (paradoxica is popular); whereas with shield crush your shield is the weapon and it's defense (armour typically) is the only thing you care about (both scaled with phys+impale).

BF is significantly worse - it scales with your weapon and outside of a godly Paradoxica (GL with that) or a god-tier jewelled foil, it's impossible to get more damage than a 2.5k armour shield (which is basically mid-tier). On top of that BF GC needs attack speed as well, which SC doesn't care about so those attack speed item mods and passives can instead be used for crit/flat phys/defense. The BF variant also relies too much on Redblade Banner which, outside the warcry bonuses, is dogshit. 500 armour shield in end-game, when the value of armour basically doubled is a huge waste of a very important gear slot... Finally the AOE coverage for BF is significantly worse than SC waves

Assassin has 0 means of poison proliferation so you're forced to either play with daggers + Bino's Kitchen Knife or Pestilent Strike instead of VS. I'd say test it out in Standard and see how it feels, but I can guarantee clear will feel like shit. PS: you will also need to scale crit chance/crit multi for the Assassin so it's not just swap ascendancy and you're done, it's an entirely different build 😉

I wanted to go with skele mages 2 leagues ago but the dead reconing was like 1ex+ on day one and on the first week it was around 60c so i wouldn't recomend it if you're a new player

You are grossly exaggerating tho: poe-antiquary.xyz/Expedition/Jewel/Dead%20Reckoning/362 - check the history of the prices for the last X leagues, it was never 1 EX, and never 60c on average. Sure, if you check once a day and you happen to hit a lull in the market, you might look at the price and think, huh, it's 1 EX. But prices are always volatile in the first few days of a new league, so if you wish to get items that are in demand, you got to put in a bit of effort.

I've not had much time to sit and read/look. My brain is still so frazzled from all the changes throughout Expedition too. Last league was the worst I've ever had in PoE (I loved the mechanics, just found it excruciating to play casually with the huge nerfs and such bad drops), forcing me to stop barely even 4wks in. Some of my fave builds are now dead/not end game worthy or changed to the point where I don't like them much any more, so I'm limited for choices now. Don't want to HAVE to play a melee build JUST to clear content easier either (not a huge melee player tbh). I want something fun and kinda zoomy/fluid. So I'm kinda.....lost.

So its exciting to see something else than "TR raider with insane boss damage and clear and tankyness and all" I see some people talking about "use this until you swap to your expensive late game build". But that doesnt seem to make sense to me. Is it because these league start builds can start on zero gear and do well, but cant reach the end game? But, what would you say is the maximum content that your builds can achieve?

This game is not worth playing after level 90. You may loose 20 per of your xp on death. That is unfair. People say its your build. I keep loosing xp and it makes this game unplayable. Gear is so overpriced that no one can afford to get op gear.
